Beth Moos is a doctor based in Oxford. She has a keen interest in global health and tropical medicine, notably in snakebite, and more recently has spent time working on a snakebite project in Myanmar. Beth conducted a retrospective descriptive study of patients admitted with snakebite to Yangon General Hospital and developed some new snakebite education resources. Alongside her clinical work, Beth is now working on the development of a community engagement toolkit for snakebite envenoming and other NTDs for the World Health Organization. She holds the Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
